Returns & Exchanges

At Larroudé, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, pristine items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging, including the designer dust bag and shoe box, is included to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer box and secure them inside a shipping carton, ensuring no previous shipping labels are visible.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
